routine.solutions is built by Dr. Mahya Karbalaii — a mathematician with a research background in quantum information, and a working background across data science, financial-services automation, and industrial R&D. She has led an industrial research team and built automation and governance tools inside a regulated financial institution, and now applies that experience to building tailor-made agents for small and small-medium businesses.
